During my recent trip to Toronto, I got to see a Smart Car up close and personal. The BIKE is almost as big as the CAR. The Smart Car would get even better gas mileage in Erie because it would sit in the garage all winter. It couldn't drive over a snowball!

I saw one of these drive past while I was driving our giant 15 passenger van. I didn't laugh hysterically because I was too busy trying to figure out what I was looking at. Them little cars are tiny!
Don't they sell those at Toys 'R Us?
Smart? Depends on your goals, I guess.
This winter we had some some friends (a mom and four kids) survive an accident involving an unhitched tractor cab sliding into their minivan and knocking them into a guardrail at a decent raid of speed.
They had cuts, scratches, and bruises.
'Nuff said.
Uh, that's "rate of speed." Don't know how I did that!
What's so smart about that? There is no space for golf clubs in the back. Or a six-pack holder on the dash.
Most vehicles that size have those two features.
The "six pack" option is only available with the Redneck package which includes a Gun Rack and Spitoon.
I don't think a redneck would be caught dead in one of those things.
There is no room for astroturf, and you can take it off road.
